岗位职责：
1.负责项目的Java后端开发，包括模块设计、开发及数据分析。
2.参与项目需求分析，快速学习提出开发方案，并应用新技术以提升项目质量和效率。
3.与前端工程师协作，使用Vue和Element-UI框架开发交互式网页应用。
4.维护和优化现有系统，确保系统稳定性和性能。
岗位要求：
1.精通Spring Boot和MyBatis等Java开发框架，具备丰富的Java开发和调试经验。
2.熟悉JVM，有扎实的Java IO、多线程、网络编程、事务处理等技术基础。
3.精通Spring Cloud微服务架构，能够独立设计和维护微服务系统。
4.熟悉Ruoyi框架，了解其设计理念和使用方法。
5.熟练使用MySQL和Redis数据库，能进行数据库设计及性能优化。
6.掌握Vue.js和Element-UI，能够参与前端项目的开发和集成。
7.具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够适应快节奏的工作环境，能够接受日常和周末加班。
8.优秀的问题解决能力，对技术有持续的热情和学习能力，有OA办公系统开发经验者优先。
