Brief Task Description
1.To manage the assigned programs for development and validation of Fuel/AIS/EXH system components and sub-system, On time release of the delivery for all parts to meet vehicle development milestones;
2. To Work with global team to define the Fuel/AIS/EXH functional objectives and maintain company engineering standards for China programs;
3. To Lead/Support Component /Bench/Vehicle level validation for Fuel/AIS/EXH;
4. To manage all Fuel/AIS/EXH engineering working for assigned programs, including in Source packaging, Technical review, TRE, BOM,2D/3D, CC&SC, Component/Vehicle DVP&R, CCD/ECR, PLM, Team center, samples delivery and Timing plan etc.;
5. To Lead Fuel/AIS/EXH system development for assigned local vehicles launch, and fix up related components/System vehicle building issue and reporting uring product development and after product launch: BOM,2D/3D,CC&SC,DVP&R,ECR managements,APQP,PLM,Timing plan etc.
Qualifications (Education,Experience, Skills, Competence etc.)
- Education:
BS above degree in Mechanical/Engine/Vehicle Engineering etc.
- Experience:
1 years above experience in Fuel/AIS/EXH design, release and application.

- Skills & Competence:
1. Strong experience and knowledge on Fuel/AIS/EXH systems , CAD softwares (UG/CATIA/Pro) and Teamcenter/SAP PLM etc.
2. Strong experience on Fuel/AIS/EXH design, development, validation, application and manufacturing;
3. Program management skills, Familiar with automotive industry development process and quality process;
4. Supplier management skills, Work experience in global automotive OEM preferred;
5. Knowledges on NVH/ Anti-corrosion methods / EMC/ESD etc.;
6. Familiar with Fuel/AIS/EXH system related regulations;
7. Good interpersonal skills, team work spirit;
8. Self-motivated, work under pressure;
9. Good English skills in speaking and writing;
10. Domestic / oversea travels may be needed.
