Supply Chain Officer 供应链专员

Job Description 工作职责：

1. Provide up-to-date inventory balance at ERP system to shop managers.
   为零售店经理提供实时的ERP系统库存数据。
2. Takes care daily orders from shops.
   负责零售店铺内日常订单。
3. Co-ordinate with warehouse and arrange on time delivery to shops.
   与仓库协调并安排及时送货至零售店。
4. Handle goods returned and arrange repairing procedure for shops.
   处理店内退回货品，安排维修。
5. Coordinate with warehouse and shops on promotion activities and follow up the leftover & return if necessary.
   与仓库、店铺协调促销活动物品的发送，跟进剩余物料， 必要时安排退运。
6. Inventory control and ensure accuracy.
   库存控制，确保准确。
7. Take part in regular physical inventory count.
   参与定期的实物库存盘点。
8. Assist to solve the delivery issue between warehouse-to-shop & shop-to-shop.
   协助解决仓库与店铺、店铺与店铺之间的货品发送事宜。
9. Assist with the supply chain for the wholesales business.
   协助大宗销售的供应链解决。

Expected Requirement 任职资格：

1. Fair English skill in writing.
   英文书面沟通良好。
2. Knowledge of China domestic transportation & custom clearance is preferred.
   了解国内运输和报关者优先。
3. Knowledge of product identification is preferred but not a must.
   具产品识别知识者优先。
