Titleist Golf Club Business Manager - Greater China (Location: Shenzhen)

Main responsibilities:

1. Report to General Manager;
2. Develop business of Golf Club in Greater China;
3. Maintain knowledge of competitive products including pricing, product strategies, merchandising, marketing efforts and sales programs;
4. Execute marketing activities including advertising and POS materials, and liaising with agencies for both advertising production and media oriented creative executions. Develop and administer internal and external product and marketing communications;
5. Coordinate, compile and present products and marketing materials at sales conferences;
6. Develop and administer distribution of merchandising displays;
7. Organize our sales meeting and trade show in the region;
8. Handle the product' s promotional plan in Greater China markets, as well as the market research and analysis.

Job requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Golf, Sporting Goods or FMCG marketing field;
2. Strong experience in Golf Club Marketing and strategy planning including forecast, A&P budget;
3. High creative, good communication, team player and ability to realize our clients' objective;
4. Fluency in English is essential, coupled with a high standard of general education.
