Your Responsibility
Your key responsibilities include:
61 Supervise customer services like cleaning, landscaping, pest control, reception, catering, mailroom, and printing, keeping operations organized by priority.
61 Supervise the IFM contractor for the related services according to the contract articles, including vendor SLA assessment, services standard renewal and cost tracking & control.
61 Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution, and improve customer service experience. Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
61 Collaborate with internal and external parties to solve issues raised from customers or involve in projects as project member or project manager.
61 Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports, and cooperate with line manger to manage the approved budgets.

About You
61 You should have Bachelor degree; Master degree would be ideal.
61 You should have at least 2 years relevant knowledge and experience in integrated facility management.
61 You should have Good command of both English and Chinese.
61 Overseas study or working experience would be ideal.
