岗位职责：
-通过电话、微信与企业客户保持良好沟通，并提供专业招聘合作方案，最终转化为付费用户，完成合同签订、回款和服务；
-把握销售机会，与客户谈判促成合作，达成业绩目标；
-快速有效解决客户的咨询、疑问、投诉、建议及反馈，提高客户满意度。
任职要求：
-大专及以上学历，优秀的应届毕业生亦可，有互联网/HR行业产品销售经验者优先，可放宽学历要求；
-具备良好的销售意识和电话沟通技巧，普通话流利；
-富有开拓精神和良好的团队合作意识，有很强的学习和沟通能力，良好的协调能力、应变能力和解决问题的能力；
-积极热情、敬业爱岗、心理素质佳、较强的抗压能力。
