Job function summary
61 Drive and support on E-Commerce digital strategy planning, creative & social
media activities with
targeted consumer group to generate demand on WSC product.
61 Lead and execute business development initiatives to drive E-Com channel
continuous growth.
61 Work closely with E-com Sales team to better execute channel plan and
digital programs to promote
conversion of business opportunities and expand product penetration across
E-Com platforms.
Major areas of accountability
61 Digital Marketing support for E-com channel
61 Business Development
61 Online Marketing Data analysis & Other tasks related to channel development
Key objectives/deliverables
61 Development and execution of digital marketing campaigns Plan on social
media and digital platforms.
Create and manage engaging contents with target customer group.
61 Setup digital marketing analysis dashboards and reporting across all
platforms
61 Drive overall brand awareness and generate demand through digital programs.
61 Business opportunity alignment with HQ/Local and drive execution for channel
development.
61 Collaboration with cross-functional teams and budget management on E-Com
digital mkt.
61 Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective
for adoption where
appropriate
Basic qualifications
61 Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business,
communications or digital medial
61 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong
understanding of various digital
channels and tactics
61 Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics and draw insight to optimize
marketing strategies
61 Strong project management skills
Preferred qualifications
61 More than 3 years ‘s experiences in wound care industry or >5 years with
MedTech industry
61 Strategic thinking and strong understanding of consumer behavior, marketing
trends and competitive
landscape
61 Hands on experience with SEO and content generation
61 With experience in one of the digital channels (Redbook, TikTok, Baidu etc.)
Required knowledge, skills & abilities
61 Process management and stakeholder management skills
61 Excellent writing and verbal English communication skills to present ideas
and report effectively
61 Result oriented, self-driven and can work under pressure
