Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic global legal organization. Job Responsibilities:
61 Provide legal counsel and strategic guidance to the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine business units and enabling functions
61 Collaborate with other J&J lawyers and business colleagues to further alignment and exchange effective strategies.
61 Offer sound legal advice and ethical guidance, ensuring compliance with Johnson & Johnson's values and policies
61 Lead the development and implementation of new policies and training programs
61 Contribute to innovative projects with significant patient impact
61 Handle government queries and investigations
61 Collaborate with internal Health Care Compliance function and other teams to support corporate compliance projects
61 Handle labor disputes, with a focus on compliance management and control
61 Provide guidance to internal team members about product liability issues
61 Engage and lead outside counsel
61 Coordinate projects and other work as assigned
Job Requirements:
61 Juris Doctorate, LLB or equivalent law degree from a reputable law school in China
61 Licence to practice law in China; additional licence in another jurisdiction preferred
61 Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
61 Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience, including compliance issues in the healthcare industry
61 Experience working in multinational corporations, preferably in pharmaceuticals or life science industries
61 Broad-based commercial and corporate experience
61 Experience in handling and/or managing litigation, especially labor cases, is a plus
