长沙招聘

按工艺规程和工作指导操作多种热处理炉(包括AO 涂刷)；
按要求将产品装入炉中，在热处理后将产品从炉中取出；
启动炉子并进行抽真空、加热等其它相关的操作；
确保炉子各项参数的准确到位，认真做好炉子各项参数的记录；
按工艺规程检查产品，
坚守岗位，不随意离岗；
其它主管安排的工作；

岗位要求:
1.中专以上，热处理、机械、自动控制、机电一体化专业；
2.操作能力好；
3.良好的沟通和协调能力。



薪酬待遇：
5天8小时，基本工资 4400
加班费（平时1.5倍，周末2倍，法定节假日3倍，一个月加班30多小时）、班次津贴、餐补
15个月工资
入职当月购买五险一金和补充商业保险
13薪、目标绩效奖金2个月工资、补充公积金 7%

The company was officially formed on 8 Aug 2012, the location is Lugu High-Tech Development Zone, Changsha, Hunan Province. Once built, we mainly provide brakes and wheels for COMAC C919 and potential other airframe manufacturers .
