岗位职责：
1.开展人力资源的相关工作，保证招聘、员工关系管理等工作达到公司管理的需求；
2.完善相关制度、流程，打造专业的人力资源管理平台，为公司建立专业人才储备库；
3.全面负责人事的日常管理工作，合理分工和配置人员，做到人尽其才，各尽其能；
4.协调好部门之间的关系，配合各部门做好各项服务工作；
5.贯彻执行公司企业文化，保持与维护和员工的良好关系。

岗位要求：
1、全日制本科以上学历，人资相关专业优先；
2、具有5年以上同岗位工作经验；
3、熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策，并能实际的操作运用；
4、适应出差，（中标新项目启动人员招聘，原有项目人事稽查）
5、具有良好的职业素养、富有亲和力，具有较强的语言和文字表达能力；
6、原则性强、承压能力强，具较强的沟通、组织、计划、协调及执行能力；
7、熟悉使用办公软件及相关的人力资源管理工具。
