岗位职责
1、负责大客户的业务行销，做好KA客户的开发与维护、销售任务的达成、竞争方市场份额的开拓等;
2、完成目标客户定期拜访，维持与现有KA客户的良好业务关系，充分了解客户需求、制定/演示招聘解决方案、推动谈判/业务达成，保证方案的有效实施;
3、做好沟通和服务，提升客户满意度，推动成交，提高单个客户销售额，帮助客户实现目标。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，至少1年以上销售工作经验；
2、具有人力资源行业销售经验或TO B销售经验者优先，具备服务于国企、政府、银行、民企和外企中某一类型或多种类型行业客户的销售经验优先；
3、较强的承压能力，执行力强，有较高的数据分析及逻辑分析能力，并时刻保持自己处于学习状态 ；
4、具备方案书撰写能力，熟练操作EXCEL和PPT软件及现场演示能力；
5、具有较丰富的大品牌服务经历和案例者尤佳；
6、性格外向、富有创意、擅于维护人脉关系，以客户为导向；
