职位描述
He/She should help interpret and digest the accessed controller data, and develop advanced business logic(symptoms & hints) for field technician to take accurate inspection/troubleshooting actions.
Main tasks / Key responsibilities:
1. Conclude the pattern of the error and operating data of the control system, and summarize it as related symptom logic and the inspection actions for service technicians and engineers 归纳控制系统的故障以及运行数据,并总结成相对应的症状逻辑和可供一线保养技工与工程师使用的检查行动项 (60%)
2. Coordinate and validate the effectiveness of the symptom logic on site, by closely working with the relevant field expert, R&D and digital development team 协调各方技术专家(现场工程师,研发,数字化开放团队)验证现场实际症状逻辑的有效性(15%)
3. Collect the feedback of the symptom logic from service technicians and engineers, and continuously improve the symptom logic and inspection actions 收集保养技工和工程师的反馈,持续优化症状逻辑以及检查行动项(15%)
4. Develop the error logic for national and provincial code requirement 国家和地方标准要求的故障逻辑的编写(10%)
5. Convert the symptom logic to the code operated on the cloud platform (preferably) 将症状逻辑编写为可以在云平台运行代码
Knowledge and experience:
1. Solid technical & commissioning experience of E&E products; Good field service and maintenance experience is a strong plus. 熟悉电扶梯产品, 调试电扶梯经验丰富,具有一定的现场维保和技术服务经验
2. Familiar with at least 3 controller series of one specific brand. 熟悉某一电扶梯品牌的至少3种控制系统系列
3. Experience on digital solution, or open and willingness to learn the digital solution 数字化方案经验,或对数字化方案热情并有学习意愿
4. E&E products control system research and development experience is a plus. The expert could also be an experienced trainer 如有电扶梯控制系统研发经验优先(非必须)。有一定的培训经验
5. Basic coding competence and experience is a preference 基础代码编写能力优先(非必须)
Competency & Knowledge
Basic knowledge on Microsoft office tools: outlook, excel, word and PowerPoint; 基础的办公文件处理能力
Good communication skills 良好的沟通技巧

Not mandatory, prefer bachelor or master 无强制要求,本科/硕士优先
