To lead the architecture design for battery pack with different departments, to deliver the battery pack definition which fulfill all QCDP requirement
领导不同部门的电池组架构设计，提供符合QCDP要求的电池组定义 。
Major Responsibilities 岗位职责
Define the principle structure of battery pack 明确电池组的原理结构
Lead architecture design of whole battery pack 整个电池组的引线架构设计
Lead and coordinate the design group (from all related departments) to finalize the battery pack definition
领导和协调设计组(来自所有相关部门)最终确定电池组的定义
Coordinate with platform and vehicle team to fulfill global requirement协调平台和整车团队完成全球需求
Pilot and evaluate simulation result试验和评估模拟结果
Synthesis and report for conception design choice概念设计选择的综合和报告
Design evolution and validate PIV result during development phase在开发阶段设计演进和验证PIV结果
Lead and coordinate the development of worldwide project领导和协调全球项目的开发
Communicate with French teams, JV team and report to project team与法国团队，合资团队沟通并向项目团队汇报
Other task assigned by manager经理安排的其他任务
