岗位职责：
1、运营管理小型测评项目，负责项目的交付实施；
2、定期为销售队伍进行测评业务培训；
3、识别客户需求，撰写人才测评基础解决方案；
4、与客户建立良好信任关系，赢得业务机会；
5、根据测评结果、为客户解读报告并提供人才选拔、任用建议；
6、根据项目需要，为客户提供人才测评实施及培训工作；
7、设计、完善测评报告的撰写架构；
8、完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、工作经验1-3年，本科及以上学历，具有跨专业学习经验和文笔优秀者优先；
2、积极主动，善于沟通，团队协作强；
3、对人的观察感兴趣，对新事物感兴趣，对于内容产品开发和内容策划感兴趣；
4、客户导向，主动性强，责任心强，可以承受较大工作压力，耐心、细心，具备团队协作意识。
