岗位描述：
1. 负责区域备件和服务产品的销售，通过团队合作完成个人的销售指标。
2. 负责应收帐款的收集，并执行公司的信用政策。
3. 支持区域代理商的备件和服务产品销售。培训、指导代理商由销售备件向销售服务过渡，不断攀登战略服务阶梯。
4. 执行所负责区域的服务价值销售战略，包括定价合同、预防性保养合约和节能产品等服务产品。
5. 通过发展服务销售强化与最终客户的关系。
6. 与当地销售和服务团队密切合作为客户提供解决方案。


岗位要求：
1. 机械工程，自动化等相关专业，大专以上学历。
2. 两年以上压缩机或相关机电设备（例如发动机、发电机、内燃机、泵、制冷机等）的现场维修经验或一年以上相关产品（机械零配件等）的销售经验者优先考虑。
3. 较强的沟通技巧、团队协作能力和客户服务意识。
