工作内容：
职位主要负责亮视眼镜门店的日常销售工作，包括 but not limited to:
- 负责门店销售工作，包括接待顾客、挑选眼镜、解答顾客疑问、销售眼镜等；
- 完成销售目标，包括销售眼镜收入、指定促销活动等；
- 负责门店日常运营和维护，包括但不限于:
a. 维护门店形象，负责门店清洁和设备维护；
b. 确保门店货品陈列整齐，定期进行商品清理和补货；
c. 确保门店售后服务，处理客户退换货和退款等问题；
d. 推动门店销售，包括制作促销海报、吸引顾客进店等。

职位要求:
- 高中学历，1年销售类工作经验；
- 熟悉眼镜行业，具有一定的眼镜销售经验；
- 具备良好的沟通能力，具备良好的服务意识；
- 具备一定的销售技巧，能够独立完成销售任务；
- 能适应快节奏的工作环境，具备良好的抗压能力；
- 具有团队合作精神，能够与同事合作共同完成销售任务。
