Mission/Position Headline:
Increase customer satisfaction and productivity by providing outstanding, high-quality customer application education and support, incl. turnover training and further continuative education for high-end systems, thereby optimize customer training experience

Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Provide professional trainings to customers (standard training, advance training, MC onsite training/support) (Full)
2. Provide global system upgrading training (Full)
3. Provide CDV training (2nd Resp.)
4. Customer Caring (Full)
5. Compliant and trouble shooting handling(Support)

Education and Experience：
1. >= 3 years' professional experiences in a clinic or equivalent background. Work experience with Siemens System preferable
2. Bachelor degree (or above) with major in medical imaging, clinical medicine and related discipline
