Job Responsibilities
1.Participated in the pre-design of equipment for the new production line
Check and accept the new production line equipment, and make a pre-acceptance inspection problem list in advance;
2.Manage the equipment and request spare parts;
3.Train maintenance technicians in professional skills;
4.Mainly responsible for equipment critical control point control, shutdown control, stability, spare parts sorting and purchase, preventive maintenance plan establishment and other maintenance related work;
5.Full production maintenance execution.

Job Requirements
1.Familiar with electrical drawings and able to perform failure analysis according to drawings;
2.Familiar with industrial computer computers, can independently complete the installation of hardware, system, driver;
3.Familiar with Siemens PLC software, S7 300, Botu;
4.More than 3 years working experience (automotive electronics companies are the best);
5.Clear thinking, responsible, able to take the initiative to complete the assigned work;
6.Familiar with KEYENCE products (PLC, code scanner, optoelectronics, etc.);
7.Experience in robot adhesive equipment maintenance is preferred;
8.English requires CET-4 or above, able to converse.
