职位描述
Description:
* Lead the industrialization team in OCP projects to secure the on time
delivery, cost and quality goal
?
* Define the overall supply chain in collaboration with industrialization
strategy, purchasing & logistics of distribution
?
* Manage industrialization/manufacturing planning, and including VA and
investment monitoring and control
?
* Manage industrialization phases execution in terms of feasibility study,
technical choice/process evaluation/design, DFx, prototyping, mold & equipment
& tool design/qualification, manufacturing process qualification, etc…
?
* Manage the product cost file (COGS calculation, rolling update, etc…)
?
* Organize industrialization regular review with industrialization team,
update industrialization dashboard, and mange the communication to project core
team and management
Qualifications:
1. Required skills & knowledge for the position:
a) At least 8 years industrialization experience or new product introduction
experience, and with 5 years industrialization project management experience
b) Knowledge in Mechanical/ metallic/ sheet metal/ cubicle Manufacturing
Processes
c) Knowledge in Assembly, Welding, Sheet metal technology
d) Good communication skills, team work spirit, initiative
e) Knowledge on Medium Voltage switch clear, circuit breaker or transformers
is a plus
f) Working experiences in our competitors like Siemens or ABB on LV/MV circuit
breaker is a plus
2. Required Educational Background & Professional Experience:
a) University degree in Electronic Engineer, Automation Engineering
b) Good experience in quality tools: 6 sigma, FMEA, SPC, MAS, GR&R, Cp/Cpk,
etc…
3. Languages:
a) Good English in oral and written
