Main responsibilities主要职责:
* To manage the contract of the administration related business, to filter the supplier, draft and verify the contract;

公司行政相关业务的合同管理，及供应商的筛选、合同的拟定、审核等；
* To set up a mutual checking system with the committee of meals and canteen vendors to make sure the canteen operating smoothly and the food hygiene standards up to the requests of the company;

与员工膳食委员会、饭堂承包商建立共同检查机制，确保饭堂正常运作及符合公司要求的伙食卫生标准；
* Improve vehicles' management and make sure cars using timely, reasonably and safetly;

完善车辆管理，确保车辆使用及时，合理、安全化；
* To strengthen the management of the office stationery purchasing and labor protection appliance,and control the purchasing expense effectively to reduce the unneccessary waste;

加强办公用品、劳保用品的采购管理，有效控制各类采购费用，减少不必要的浪费；
* Provided assistance for all kinds of staff activities, fixed assets of departments and mail express delivery.

协办各类员工活动、部门固定资产、邮件速递管理。

Requirements: 任职资格
* Bachelor degree,major in Chinese or Business administration are preferred

本科学历，中文或工商管理专业优先；
* More than 3 years experiences in administration in multinational company;

3年以上外企工作经验

* Ability on handle emergency independently;

能独立处理突发事件；
* Rich management experience in transportation, dormitory, canteen, security and related vendors' management;

熟悉车辆、清洁、食堂、宿舍、安全及相关供应商管理；
* Good professional morality;

良好的职业道德；
* Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;

较强的沟通能力；
* Good command of reading and written English;

英文读写较好；
* Familiar with MS Office software;

熟练操作办公软件。
