Mainly Responsibilities:
1.监督仓库日常运作事务及管理仓库团队，确保物料收发等操作准确及高效进行；
Directly supervise the day to day activities as well as the warehouse operators to ensure that the receiving, storage and distribution of materials is done in accurate and efficient manner;
2.指导团队执行安全操作规范，及时对仓库操作设备进行维护保养，确保所有仓库作业在安全的环境下进行；
Responsible for coaching and enforcing of warehouse safety programs in order to provide a safe work environment ensuring that safety related procedures are followed and all equipments are properly functioning and maintained;
3.及时维护系统数据，并维持较高的库存准确率；
Timely maintain the data into SAP system and manage inventory with high accuracy level;
4.通过实施绩效评估有效推动团队不断改进操作能力；
Drive the team to do continuously improvement by implementing performance management;
5.管理第三方搬运及运输服务商，确保其符合公司物流运作的要求；
Manage 3rd party warehouse and logistics service providers and to ensure logistics requirements are aligned;
6.保持仓库整洁有序，符合ISO9001，ISO14000及ISO22000的要求。
Maintain clean and tidy warehouse in compliance with the requirements of ISO9000, ISO14000 and ISO22000.

资格要求：
1.Bachelor or above;
本科或以上;
2.Strong leadership; Strong executing ability; Good communication skill;
较强的领导能力; 较强的执行力; 良好的沟通能力
3.Good ability to observe and solve problem in all warehouse operation.
善于在日常运作中发现并解决问题.
4.Be familiar with MS office and SAP system. Be familiar with ISO9000, ISO14000 & ISO22000 system.
熟悉MS office及SAP系统; 熟悉ISO9000, ISO14000及ISO22000体系.
5.Minimum 3 years working experiences in warehouse management in a multination company, experience in food manufacturing company is more preferable.
3年以上跨国公司仓库管理经验, 有食品生产企业工作经验优先。
