工作职责:
Assure profuct and process quliaty of supplied parts
follow entities/divisions on all Global sourcing and local content activites in Asia related to parts quality and supplier quality management issuesDevelopment ,quality issue
Main responsible role for the QMPwork within the industrilization of Global sourcing and local content projects overall in the Asian market
Ensure the implementaion of BMW Q-standards by tier 1supplier and if needed to n-tier suppliers ,support qulity topicts in the clover leaf
Ensure quality related industrialization process and ensure the product / process quality of suuplied parts

Capability of providing efficient solutions, capable to lead Escalation; 3. Inhouse issue, 0-km defects, customer plant complaints, field incidents, etc.)
- Technical deviation assessment: (Severity level judgement, risk assessment, traceability, rejection, blocking, sorting, deviation etc.)
- Product Audit: Academic knowledge, technical skills and field experiences of subject business domain; Ability to apply into daily work to perform a particular professional task; Knowledge of relevant analytical tools, techniques and ability to conduct effective analysis to find root causes or formulate insights of certain situation or phenomenon
- Quality system and tools: ( APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, IATF 16949, QC tools)
- Sourcing&Launch Management: ( Responsible for supplier sourcing, new product industrialization and launch build-up production activities, new product capacity ramp-up verification. Knowledge of planning tools and techniques, ability to organize different people to work together for a common goal in an organization; Ability to develop network and maintain close relationship with working partners)
- Production Monitoring and Steering: ( Responsible for production planning and steering within workshop scope, including long / short term plans, production shift models and day-to-day production coordination; Supervision of activities in progress to ensure they are on-course and on-schedule; Ability to redirect activities to meet the objectives and performance targets)
- Production System: ( Understanding of value stream oriented production systems (VPS) / Lean Management: Core methods (e.g. 5S, Total Productive Maintenance; value stream optimised material flow. visual management in manufacturing area (e.g. Poke Yoke,) Steering via KPIs (e.g. OEE, Rework, direct runner quote, scrap).
- Change Management for Production: ( Knowledge of process, methodology of dealing with technical and process changes; Ability to introduce, implement and manage technical and process changes within organization)
