Role Summary:
Design and development of electrical controls for cable reel applications.

Responsibilities:
- Development and design of electrical control systems (Siemens, ABB, etc.) in cross-domain project teams
- Examination of customer requirements with regard to technical feasibility
- Creation of circuit diagrams (EPLAN P8) and production documents
- Creation of project-specific (customer) documents and test documents
- Creation and descriptions of technical interfaces
- Application-specific (cross-domain) analysis of systems and risk assessments
- Active support of international customers during all project phases (clarification of
requirements and offers up to support during maintenance and modernization)
- Support of product tests
- Design, construction and application of test benches

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Automation or related field.
- At least 3 years working experience with the design of electrical systems, experience in Port & Crane industry is a plus
- Proficient in ECAD (preferably EPLAN P8/ EPLAN ProPanel)
- CET4 or above, good at written and spoken English
- Planning and organizational skills
- Independent, service-oriented way of working
- High team ability
- Ability to work under pressure
