Responsibilities:
? Lead the requirement analysis and stakeholder analysis for E3 1.2 architecture solution
? Coordinate with platform architects to support system architecture design & software architecture design in domain.
? Interface with C｜X2 for E3 1.2 projects and product architecture design
? Coordinate the architecture solution planning in E3 1.2 platform in SAFe mode
? Support Solution Train Architect to steer the cross domain technical topics
? Organize E3 1.2 platform architect activities according to E2E architecture process

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
? 3+ years’ experience of automotive software planning and development experience
? Experience of working as technical project lead or project manager is a must
? Good knowledge of Automotive SW, System engineering, E/E architecture and software engineering
? Know well about the Architecture Design Process and practice
? Familiar with SAFe .
? Experience or knowledge of Agile
? Strong capabilities and skills of planning, communication and problem solving
? Fluent English and Chinese is a must.
Preferred characteristics
? Working experience in VW, Audi or Cariad.
? Experience with architecture design
? Good knowledge of SAFe and Agile
? Knowledge and experience of ASPICE and SAFe framework
? Can also speak German
