Main Tasks:
1. Be the controlling interface of FF
2. Oversee the performance of FF (budget, FC and actual)
3. Monitoring the performance of FF, analyzing on the KPI.
4. Participating in target setting and the action tracking and decision making
5. Responsible for NCC(Bgt, FC, Actual), support in the target setting, supplier claim calculation and tracking, NCC report preparation and analysis and block stock tracking, analysis and action tracking
6. Support the operation related project team in special topics
7. Support in the other finance and controlling team in process optimization
Required Experience:
1.Bachelor degree in related major.
2.5 years Controlling experience or 5 years Production / SCM / IE experiences in manufacturing company
3.5 years above Management experience.
