RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Be responsible for KOHLER Electronic products mechanical system design and parts design.
2. To establish product's reliability test procedures.
3. To implement product/Parts QTP/VTP test plan.
4. Work on designing Mechanic-electronic appliance;
5. Conceives and plans engineering subtasks to explore product or process problems; defines and selects new concepts and approaches to the design or development of new or improved products, processes, equipment or facilities;
6. Coordinate activities with other functional areas, suppliers, contractors and consultants.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by manager.

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

Supervisory Relationships:
？ Directly report to Manager-Product Engineering
Organization Relationships:
？ Frequent contact with Manufacturing, Quality Manager, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Technical Service, US – Senior Engineers
External Business Relationships:
？ External contacts with Supplier, Contractor

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical is required.
2. Min 3 years complicated electronic products ( Medical instruments / Sanitary / Refrigerator / Dishwasher / Vacuum cleaner /etc) mechanical design experience.
3. Extensive knowledge in Injection mold and Machining processes; better knowledge to plastic material, sealing material.
4. Familiar with Pro/E and Auto CAD, use tolerance calculation to achieve target functionality.
5. Experience in global organization and multi-national corporations preferred.
6. Fluent in English including writing and oral, at leastCET-6.
7. Familiar with 6 sigma (DMAIC & DFSS), as well as basic Reliability knowledge.
