We are looking to recruit a Technical Training & Sales Support Manager who will report to the National Sales Manager - China. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual who will perform product training and provides technical support for customers in China. In this role you will become a key point of contact with distributors and end users in China focusing on providing regular pre-scheduled in-house and onsite training as well as all-around technical support. A key aspect of the role includes fully understanding customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved and contributing to product development and other growth initiatives.
You must be able to travel throughout the territory, providing training at local and regional training events/seminars, performing product demonstrations in the field to new and existing customers.
The role will contribute to the sales success of Radiodetection China by helping us to build lasting relationships with end users that do not threaten our current channel based sales model. We aim to build the credibility of our brand by offering market leading levels of training and expertise.
Requirements of the Technical Training & Sales Support Manager:
Sound knowledge in (or an aptitude for) the principals of all Radiodetection products
Practical experience in the use of RD precision locators, PCM, GPR and others
An appropriate educational background (e.g. physics, electronics, geophysics, civil engineering or related disciplines)
Speak fluent English and ideally with background in training
Ability to deliver training both online and face to face
Able to travel extensively across China
Familiar with the pre-sales and after-sales process
