Responsibilities:
? Act in the role of solution architect at the projects and BDs to design scalable solutions on Salesforce platform that meets business requirements and minimize the customisation;
? Able to present to the client’s senior IT team on the proposed solutions with options and best practice;
? Enhance and implement standard development and implementation methodologies
? Stay abreast of latest Salesforce features and technology trends, and guide the team to implement the applicable solutions and features
? Manage both onshore and offshore development teams to deliver the agreed solutions, effectively resolve issues/ conflicts while owning the quality of the system developed
? Able to manage cross-functional teams, sub-contractors and third-party vendors
? Able to manage team to deliver project activities across the full system implementation cycle (e.g., business & functional requirement and spec, managing development, SIT, UAT, System go live)
? Able to manage Data Management and Migration (e.g., Data Model Design, Data Quality Management, etc.)
You are expected to support other senior managers and directors on pre-sales activities, engagement delivery, clients’ requirement gathering & analysis, and act as clients’ on-ground contact.
Requirements
? A bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or other technology-related studies
? Over 3 years’ experience as a Solution Architect or technology team lead in CRM / SaaS / eCommerce system implementation preferably in Consumer or Financial Services industry for SA, experienced candidate could be a Manager
? Consulting Experience is preferable
? Experienced in providing wide range of Technology Consulting and Implementation services to clients, e.g., system implementation & integration, system development life cycle etc.
? Experienced in CRM technology – (including VisualForce, APEX, Salesforce 1) preferred
? Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, JQuery, Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc), API's
? Experience in managing large-scale full life cycle CRM implementations
? Salesforce certifications preferred
? Strong analytical and creative problem solving capabilities
? A proven ability to translate client objectives into deliverable that address complex situations
? Group facilitation and presentation skills
? The ability to work directly with senior management and employees throughout client organizations
? Fluency in English and Cantonese
