职责说明：
汇报给经理及以上级别，协助客户管理；
Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above;
培训及带领小组成员完成相关项目交付；
Train and lead staff to deliver projects;
跟客户建立良好的关系，了解本地及全国市场动态；
Effective working relationships directly with clients， Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues;
致力于提升自身及团队的业务技能；
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen;
积极参与生意拓展活动，发觉生意机会；
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
职位要求：
要求二年以上保险行业风险管理、资产负债管理、偿二代管理、内部控制、内部审计管理/咨询工作者优先；
More than two years of insurance industry experience on risk management, asset liability management, solvency II management, internal control and internal audit;
熟悉保险公司各业务的端到端流程，对业务过程存在的风险有深刻的认识；
Familiar with the end - to - end process of the insurance company's business and a profound understanding of the risks that exist in the business process;
主导并负责过全面风险管理、资产负债管理、偿二代管理、内部控制、内部审计等相关专项工作；
Leading and responsible for enterprise risk management, asset liability management, solvency II management, internal control, internal audit and other related project;
优秀的研究、快速学习、问题分析及解决能力；
Excellent ability on research, fast learning, problem analysis and solve;
优秀的表达及沟通能力；
Excellent expression and communication ability;
本科或以上学历，财务管理、信息系统以及金融行业相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, financial management, information system, and financial industry related major;
拥有CPA，CIA，CISA，FRM等专业证书者优先；
Professional certificates such as CPA, CIA, CISA, FRM are preferred.
