- For our I MK&CC we are looking for a Event Specialist at the earliest opportunity.
- What are my responsibilities?
- Event/exhibition management: projects execution, professional and disciplinary responsibility for the project team members and use of resources.
- Clearly understand company strategy, business plan, communication plan/policies/guidelines
- Understand new trends & innovation in the area of event/exhibition
- Event/exhibition project execution and cost control. Agency management.
- Evaluate effectiveness of event/exhibitions, including link between communications activities and KPI’s
- Ensure compliance with event/exhibition planning and buying processes, achieving up-front buying efficiencies
- Keep close contact with HQ Events & Fairs teams within Divisions for overall theme and message of events & fairs to guarantee one Siemens Message

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- More than 3 years of experience in a variety of operative and strategic tasks in the event & exhibition
- Familiar with event & exhibition project operation process
- Good planning, organization and project management skill
- Good communication skills internally and externally
- Rich experience of working in multicultural environment
- Cooperative, good sense of team work
- Strong sense of responsibility, result orientation and self-driven, can work under pressure
- Good command of English & Chinese on listening, speaking, reading and writing.
