职位描述

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Assist Global Travel Retail Director to define long- and short-term strategies, implement business development, key account management, and leverage relevant marketing/commercial levers to expand Travel Retail market share in China for FOREO & FAQ;
2. Directly responsible for sales management and network development, and to achieve all sales targets of Travel Retail (both Duty Free and Duty Paid);
3. Take lead in the negotiation of commercial terms and brands’ placement with accounts; ensure profitability of all existing and new POS within China TR;
4. Involve in pricing strategy for each account in line with guidelines;
5. Working with Marketing team to formulate Brand strategies and promotion action plans to build and maintain Foreo and FAQ’s Brand performance;
6. Submit evaluation reports on all promotional activities and recommend areas of improvement;
7. Ensure Foreo and FAQ’s image in the market adheres to brand guidelines and monitor the visual merchandising, assortments and planograms are respected in the different locations;
8. Conduct regular Travel Retail sales and business reviews, conduct store visits on regular basis within China TR, and to evaluate performance, propose action plans to ensure targets and sell-in are achieved;
9. Work closely with various internal departments to meet the needs of the retailers and to ensure the smooth running of the accounts;
10. Manage and develop relationships with existing and new Partners, and maintain strong network with China Travel Retail Industry stakeholders;
11. Gather relevant information on pricing, consumer profiles, trends, consumer off-take of competitive brands and develop business strategies;
12. Analyze the Travel Retail sales performance, propose actions to ensure targets are met;
13. Conduct weekly or bi-weekly business visits to various POS within China TR;
14. Manage the China TR commercial team and to deliver overall KPI for China TR(Duty Free and Duty Paid);
15. Ad hoc assignment by Line and Function Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or above, marketing/MBA/business Finance major related;
2. Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
3. Data sensitive, excellent performance in business finance analyzing and reporting;
4. 5+ years’ experience in travel retail industry, beauty/cosmetic background will be preferred;
5. Ability and willingness to travel at a minimum of 40% of the time mostly within China and sometimes globally;
6. Strong capacity to work cross functionally;
7. Hands On mindset and self-motivation;
8. Open minded and easy to adapt to changes;
9. Proven account management and negotiating skills;
10. Excellent planning and communications skills;
11. Business acumen, analytical mind with proven strong skills in Microsoft skills (Especially Excel/Vlookup and PPT).
