Your tasks and responsibilities:
Support of management in the implementation and maintaining of an effective internal control environment.
Performance of a robust internal controls assessment process, including overseeing the testing work done by independent assessors, and identification and reporting of controls deficiencies.
Providing trainings of Healthineers internal controls methodology / updates / timeline to locally staff if necessary, monitor access rights of local users of the Internal Controls Tool.
Participate in trainings & information sessions within Healthineers Internal Controls community, understanding local internal control process, providing local trainings to meet Healthineers internal controls standards, ensuring timely completion of Healthineers Internal Controls related mandatory web-based trainings .
Support the local departments responsible for the implementation of all global regulations, escalating issues to the global governance owners and within the internal controls organization
Perform quality checks of local guidelines before announcement and support the definition and set-up of authorizations rules.
Maintenance and change process of the local signature mandate to ensure properly designed and followed authorization concept.

Your qualifications and experience:
4 or more years experience in designing and/or testing of internal financial controls
At least 3 busy seasons with Big 4 audit firm
Strong accounting know-how (IFRS/PRC GAAP), CPA preferred
Fluent in Chinese and English (read, write & speak)
