Key Role Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities:
1) Be responsible for budget preparation, coordination and control for R&D functions in APAC.
2) The remit will include but will not be limited to the regional budgets for functions like Product Safety, Corn, Rice, Vegetables, R&D Portfolio, CP Regulatory, Seeds Regulatory, Stewardship, Germplasm and Product Biology etc.

Details:
1) Work closely with global controllers to understand the global target during budgeting period.
2) Propose ways of working in APAC based on the global guidance.
3) Communicate to country finance BPs specifically in terms of the agreed principles with global controller and budget target at country level.
4) Assist on budget communications to relevant regional R&D heads.
5) Analyze monthly gap then provide monthly comments to HQ.
6) Provide management reports with insightful comments to relevant regional R&D Heads.
7) Assist on global policy implementation and roll-out in APAC countries.
8) Assist on other global projects.

Critical Competencies & Requirement
1) 3+ years’ experience in MNC in finance analysis area.
2) Execellent English communication (oral & written) and “Excel” skills.
3) Bachelor degree or above in related major.
4) SAP or Hyperion experience will be a plus.
5) CPA or ACCA preferred.
