职位描述
Accountable to drive the store's sales, branding and team management.
1. Sales & Business Acumen
-Understand Profit and Loss Statements and retail KPI data and use it to diagnose store strengths,
-Allocate store resources for maximum profit impact. Coach other members of the management team to use available resources effectively and efficiently.
-Drive commerciality, while preserving the Brand image. Regularly proposes ideas of how to drive Brand equity as well as how to exceed states and contribution targets.
2. Customer Service
-Understand the positive impact of management’s presence on the sales floor in driving overall store performance and exhibit exemplary service leadership. Focus all store team members, activities, and processes on satisfying or exceeding customer needs and expectations.
-Analyze service data and the team’s service capabilities to continuously improve service. Be able to analyze service data and the team’s service capability to achieve improved service and increased sales.
3. Brand & Products
-Integrate the Brand Attitude and Values in all your interactions as a Store Manager.
-Recognize basic differences in adult learning styles and how to cater to them to maximize training impact amongst store team members.
-Work with the District Manager and/or Area Trainer to effectively deliver Brand and product training support for new and seasonal product/concept launches Be able to consistently ensure the timely delivery of seasonal training to effectively drive the sell-through of the given products/concepts.
4. Operations & Processes
-Understand the benefits of retail operation standards, as well as general policies and procedures, and ensure compliance by all store team members.
-Use available processes and tools to drive performance and continuous improvement in the store. Be able to create an effective and efficient retail environment to continually improve performance.
-Manage multiple responsibilities at the same time, while at the same time remaining focused on the customer.
5. Teamwork & Leadership
-Build a high-performance team and create an environment of trust, transparency, motivation and accountability by effectively balancing management and leadership behaviors. Be able to effectively selects, managers and develops talent and teers the team towards the achievement of setting targets.
-Coach and develop team members to maximize their individual and collective performance.
-Convery an openness and desire for feedback and available learning opportunities to improve yourself.
-Coordinate with Division Manager on staff recruitment, retention and development.
-Coordinate with HR on relevant HR projects like internal referral, performance review, succession planning, etc.
Requirement
1. Education & Professional Experience
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing store in the world for leading mid high-end retailers
-Experience in managing high level retail image and delivering consumer in store experience
-University Degree or strong retail store management experience
2. Soft-Skills
-Passion on the fashion and sports, enthusiasm on Retailing industry
-Learning agility for the fashion and sports, curiosity on the new fashion trend
-Consumer service oriented
-High level knowledge and skills in Microsoft products
-Good presentation skills
3. Hard-Skills
-Leadership management skills, interpersonal/communication skills.
-Commercial sense and result oriented
-Logical thinking and data analysis skil
