岗位职责:
- Responsible issuing/tracking/expediting Purchase Orders (PO). 及时有效管理采购订单
- Improve supplier on time delivery. 有效提高供应商及时交货率
- Co-ordinate with supplier/logistics/planner/CS to ensure delivery on time. 良好的跨部门沟通协作能力，和供应商、物流、计划和客服良好沟通保证物料及时到达
- Work with customer service to improve customer satisfied. 提高客户满意度
- Control material inventory level, analysis and improve it. 有经验并能控制合理的库存水平及跟踪E&O库存
- Setup KPI, rolling follow up, strong leadership. 有一定领导力技巧，并参与制定员工的KPI并有效跟踪
- Deal with urgent case such as raw material shortage caused by plan adjustment. 善于处理由于计划调整所带来的紧急缺料事件
- Complete other work with the leadership 配合领导完成其他既定的工作安排


任职资格:
- 3年以上制造业物料计划主管工作经验
- 欧美外企工作经验优先
- 良好的英语书写和口语能力
- 有ERP的经验（JDE经验优先）
- 具有较好的服务意识、责任心和执行力
- 具有良好的沟通和协调能力
