Position Summary:
? Responsible for KA & chain store retail management, plan and set up distributor structure/evaluation criteria; such as Audio/APR/Airport channel
? Channel management and development according to the company strategy.
? Keep good relationship with key account and chain store.
? Actively explore and develop on potential business opportunity and set the management mechanism.
Job Responsibilities/Deliverable:
- Participate in developing and implementing sales policy, planning system, complete the company annual / quarterly sales target; according to the company's business strategy, sales target; annual/quarterly/monthly sales plan and ensure the effective implementation.
- According to the existing sales system, complete sales process.
- Maintain existing customer relationships, establish new customer contacts, and develop new market.
- Coordinate existing regional sales, including index decomposition and resource allocation.
- In depth understanding of the industry, to provide business development strategy and decision-making basis.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in sales & marketing
- Solid experience in CE channel business and retail management
- Good communication and coordination skill
- Good spoken & written English skill
- Positive and Result- oriented
- Channel management in related field preferred
- College degree or above.
