Job Purpose

-Enhance the end to end management of Outlet product thru pre-season preparation to in-season execution;

-Drive sales and profit, improve inventory utilization as well;

-Be a key role of Outlet channel to connect with inventory management / allocation / sales / finance / brand merchant team.

Scope

-Responsible for the analytical insights that will drive the pre-season OTB making, order placement and in-season sales performance tracking, weekly promotion suggestion and quarterly liquidation proposal.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-season focus

-Option plan: assortment briefing

-Open to buy: rolling OTB forecast, balance new buy and leftover inventory

-Place order: according to historical data and brand strategy

-Size analysis

-System upload

In-season focus

- Sales tracking and action plan: control sales units, revenue, gross profit and inventory

-Promotion & Clearance plan

-Rolling forecast: buy, sales, inventory, etc.

-Preparation for sales peak: CNY, Golden Week, etc.

-Excess inventory transfer with other affiliates

-Work with sales / allocation / inventory management / finance team closely

Job Requirements

-Own retail planning experience

-Excellent analysis and forecast capability

-Excellent business knowledge and mathematical logic

-Good communication skills

-Fluent presentation in English

Experience/Education

-Bachelor’s degree is a must

-At least 3-4 years own retail merchandise planning working experience (Outlet channel is a plus)

-Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel & PPT)
