Responsibilities:

1.Wholesales customer service
1> System management:
1) Sales order management
2) Sales order replenishment
3) Sales order adjustment
2> Shipment:
1) Arrange the weekly outbound delivery.
2) Issue the proforma invoice and packing list.
3) Ensure shipping requests, service arrangement and final invoice.
3> Return:
1) Check data correction for the return goods.
2) Co-ordinate with the warehouse and clients for the discrepancy.
4> Billing:
1) Monitor on seasonal deposits / credit / debit note and invoice.
2) Payment records.
5> After - sales:
1) Aftersales & Defective Management
2) Investigate and resolve non-routine customer/consumer complaints
6> Administration:
1) Teamwork with global and local admin & logistic team ensure on-time and in-full deliveries of partner orders.
2) Organize regular cross-team meeting to enable timely resolution of order fulfillment issues.
3) Analyze and drive improvement initiatives of shipping and after sales service.

Key relationship:
? Wholesale manager, supply chain manager, logistic manager and CS center.

Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree.
? 1-2 years’ working experience, emphasis in customer service field is preferred.
? Analytical & problem-solving skills.
? Fluent on verbal and written English, familiar with computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint….), etc.
? Ability to manage the interpersonal relationship, especially with clients and cross-function team.
