Support localization projects: active involvement in key product transfer projects, build the connections with global division finance and act as a key member on business case preparation, transfer price determination, cost forecast, and project tracking;
Supervise the month end costing closing and relevant analysis;
Prepare MBR/QBR for responsible product line and facilitate the communication with global divisions
Support the AOP and STRAP for , liaison with key stakeholders during this process
Provide effective and accurate costing analysis for factory management, work closely with factory various functions to drive lean process and cost improvement opportunities
Proactively manage internal process and drive consistent improvement from compliance perspective
Continuously seek work efficiency improvement: automation, digitalization etc
