Job Purpose:
格兰富销售公司业务由多个事业部组成， 由于水泵产品具有通用性，同一款产品可以用于多个事业部的项目中，因此我们要求所有事业部的销售和经销商在跟进项目前都需要登记，由中立的Conflict resolution部门进行审核批准后方可跟进，确保所有项目按照公司的业务划分由其对应的事业部来跟进，并避免内部冲突的发生，并对各业务部之间的项目冲突进行协调处理。
同时，Conflict resolution部门对于经销商的销售行为合规性进行监督和管理。

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
? 支持销售团队项目登记相关工作：对项目登记进行检查及审批，同时对项目冲突进行协调处理。
? 代表公司出具项目授权书
? 更新合并相关报表及工具
? 准备部门相关报表
? 主管安排的其他事宜
Required Minimum Qualifications
? 本科及以上学历
? 熟悉经销商商业模式，有销售行政，销售助理经验优先考虑
? 较强的沟通表达能力
? 熟悉office办公室软件
? 熟练使用SAP及CRM系统
? 较强的英语沟通及书写能力
? 较强的逻辑表达及分析的能力
? 有较强的抗压能力
? 较强的自我驱动力
