岗位职责：
- 管理客户项目，包含不限于对接新的需求，跟进项目进展，交付等
- 有效管理团队，包含初级成员和实习生，促进团队良性运转
- 识别项目中的风险，限制并提前准备解决方案
- 管理项目进展，准时高质量的完成各阶段工作
- 确保项目文件及时上传，各部分资源顺利对接
- 及时真实的分享项目进展
- 了解本地化行业并希望继续深耕

岗位要求：
- 本科学历，语言，翻译及IT相关专业优先
- 2年以上的项目管理经验，有团队管理经验，富有领导力
- 能够清晰简练的编写技术文档
- 可以高效，有逻辑的进行商务和团队沟通
- 具有服务意识，能够高效对应客户需求
- 可流利的进行英文沟通
