Job Description：

As a key member of the China IT team, this position has responsibility to:

Collaborate with the Business Partner and Service Operations team for successful delivery of multiple projects;

Managing project priorities and the communication of project delivery dates, plans, budgets and project financial tracking to key stakeholders.

Work collaboratively with the IT Service Operations to deliver viable technical solutions through building relationships.

Agile project delivery and operations by taking full advantage of LCDP platform (i.e., OA weaver, PowerApp)

Work with the business, IT stakeholders and partners/vendors to capture key requirements, translate them into projects in alignment using Viatris approved standards & architecture and seek approval for projects following the standard governance processes.

Qualifications Must-Have: 

Minimum undergraduate degree in either a technology or a relevant discipline.

Solution delivery/project management experience in large organizations.

10+ years of experience in delivering multiple concurrent or large complex projects

Knowledge and experience of working with Scrum/Agile delivery with both local and remote teams

Knowledge of enterprise BI& SaaS solutions.

Functional Skill Requirements: Product (Solution Delivery) management/Supplier/Vendor management/Consultancy/Facilitation

Innovation with changing business requirements

Excellent communication skills

Proficient oral and written English

Solid solution architect background

Good understanding of different tech stacks and package solutions

Multitasks skills

Familiar with JAVA/.NET/Data Base/other mainstream development technologies

Familiar with the SFE, Marketing, Sales or other commercial systems of Pharmaceutical company is preferred

Experience of management consultancy is preferable
