职位描述
Accountable to drive the store's sales, branding and team management.
1. Sales & Business Acumen
-Understand Profit and Loss Statements and retail KPI data and use it to diagnose store strengths, initiate the opportunities to effectively address them. According to the market and competitor situation, dig out the business opportunity with practical business plan.
-Control the Finance cost, allocate store resources for maximum profit impact.
-Drive commerciality, while preserving the Brand image.
-Coaches the management team and other managers in the District in fact-based decision making and ways of effective implementation.
-Suggest numerous ideas that are adopted at store level to better utilize resources.
-Consistently proposes ideas of how to drive Brand equity as well as how to exceed sales and contribution targets and shows how to measure this.
2. Customer Service
-Understand the positive impact of management’s presence on the sales floor in driving overall store performance and exhibit exemplary service leadership, known throughout the District as a role model for exemplary service leadership and for being able to coach other managers as to how to do this too. Focus all store team members, activities, and processes on satisfying or exceeding customer needs and expectations. Drive that each team member has evidence to support how he/she has shown customer focused service and state what he/she adds to the selling attitude in the store.
-Analyze service data and the team’s service capabilities to continuously improve service. Be able to forecast service data results and has improved the team’s service capability so he/she already is achieving improved service and increased sales.
-Through the Branding strategy to engage the customer, including maintain the customer relationship, solve customer problem and so on.
-Create the high quality of customer shopping experience to improve the interaction both offline and online.
-Drive the new practice in retailing, learn from the competitor and industry trend to drive the sales result and customer service.
3. Brand & Products
-Integrate the Brand Attitude and Values in all your interactions as a Store Manager, Stands out as a passionate Brands Ambassador a amongst his/her district peers. Ensure proper in-store Brand execution, according to established standards and directives. Coordinate own stores actions plans and interactions
-Recognize basic differences in adult learning styles and how to cater to them to maximize training impact amongst store team members. Coaches selected team members in the delivery of powerful learning experiences, tailored to the team’s learning sessions, while still holding himself/herself accountable for the result.
-Work with the District Manager and/or Area Trainer to effectively deliver Brand and product training support for new and seasonal product/concept launches Effectively shares seasonal training best practices to help drive the overall district’s full-price sell-through of new products/concepts.
-Control the whole product circle process, manage, and improve the seasonal product rotation to drive the end sales. Dig dive the product and operational needs, provide feedback and responsible for the following action plan including purchasing, arrangement, VM lay out and sales strategy.
4. Operations & Processes
-Understand the benefits of retail operation standards, as well as general policies and procedures, and ensure compliance by all store team members. Drive for the deep retail operation standards, policies, and procedures knowledge.
-Use available processes and tools to drive performance and continuous improvement in the store. Manage multiple responsibilities at the same time, while at the same time remaining focused on the customer Effectively engages the team in the completion of multiple responsibilities, while remaining focused on the customer, allowing him/her to volunteer for other special projects.
-Manage the relationship with Property, establish the good reputation in the market.
-Implement the operational guideline to secure all the employee health and safety. Secure the high standard of warehouse management and product circulation.
-Utilize the management tools and reporting to emphasis the cooperation with VM team, follow the Branding strategy to secure the standard of layout, create the consumer experience environment, and secure all the product exposure with high quality.

-Build a high-performance team and create an environment of trust, transparency, motivation and accountability by effectively balancing management and leadership behaviors. Stands out the Store for effectively engaging and retaining top talent, while producing above average business results.
-Coach and develop team members to maximize their individual and collective performance. Continuously coaches and builds a team everyone is fully equipped to deliver excellent service in their respective zones.
-Convery an openness and desire for feedback and available learning opportunities to improve yourself.
