职位描述
Essential Responsibilities:
- Explore and penetrate new market and vertical accounts;
- Organize regional sales daily work, action plans and sales metrics with BU;
- Win new OEM customers by value selling, pre-call plan and funnel process;
- Develop and manage channel by coaching and implementing funnel process;
- Thru VOC process, Initiate/ manage the Feedback NPI by closely working withTianjin or BU engineering team.
?Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, or other related technical field;
- At least 3 years sales experience in Automation/Driver or sensor products in verticals such as Windmill, OHV, Elevator and factory/machine automation etc…
- Solid skill of sales and key account management;
- Good presentation skill and persuading skill;
- Well organized, good customer communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks;
- Self-motivated & customer-oriented team player;
- Teamwork, collaborative with customers, suppliers & associates at all levels towards mutual objectives;
- Working experience multinational company is highly expected;
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Windows and Office for reporting;
- Willing to travel frequently.
