PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述

 ? Degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering or automotive, engine 

 ? At least 7 years working experience in sales role in the industrial segment

 ? Good sales method and skills, new business development ability, has the records can be tracked that successfully developed new business in the past 

 ? Good planning, communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

 ? A team player, able to work with all levels to get things done, with a strong sense of urgency and could travel frequently 

 ? Self-motivated and willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic business environment 

 ? Good PC and office software skill 

 ? Good reading and written skills in English


 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责 

 ? Plan and implement sales activities to successfully develop the new business 

 ? Provide RFQ to customers in time and accurately ? Present SEF products and technical solutions to customers. Keep customers informed on new products or services, pricing, changes, etc 

 ? Attend the technical seminar or other activities to maintain a long-term customer supplier relationship, seize the new business opportunity 

 ? Visit customers on a regular basis to better understand their requirements, maintain current business and seek out new business opportunities, achieve the annual sales target 

 ? Secure orders and work with customer service and the plants to ensure quality of products and on-time delivery

 ? Inventory management with support of customer service to balance timely delivery and lowest freight cost, in case delivery risk is predicted, should alert customer in advance with suitable methods accepted by customer. 

? Co-ordinate and work with various groups across the organization to handle customer complaint responsively to ensure that it is closed satisfactorily and seize the opportunity to strengthen customer relations and generate new sales ? Collect market information that would help in decision making and the planning of marketing and sales strategy

 ? Prepare sales forecast and budgets for customer accounts handled ? Prepare various sales reports, such as but not limited in new business, customer call status, etc.

 ? Conduct the business in a professional manner, comply with the code of business ethics of SBD and the other policies ? Other tasks assigned by superio
