JOB SCOPE:

Mainly work on shop expense claim:
？ Check shop expense claim according to company policy & request & load T&E system data to SAP:
？ Check application of shop cleaning expense payment to supplier & load to SAP:
？ Familiar with shop expense policies and process, train shop manager on expenses claim;
？ Follow shop cash advance application and refund, monitor cash advance handover and refund timeliness;
？ Send ticket for new shop manager ID and Vendor information creation in T&E system;
？ Run payment proposal in SAP;
？ Monthly statistical report for shop expense claim
？ Accrual of shop expense yearly;

Other work on shop accounting part:
？ Maintain shop accounting transactions in SAP
？ Check monthly sales report from landlord, release sales invoice to landlord based on settlement bill for consignment shops, AR accounting entries.
？ Reconcile the daily shop sales report of branch, prepare monthly tax report for branch
？ Verify shop rents & mgmt. expenses according to contracts and handle shop payments
？ Assist in auditing shop invoices management for branch
？ Support shop operation related to financial issues and compliance with company financial policy
？ Assist in month-end closing and reporting, budget & forecast, IFRS 16 pre-work preparation.
？ Maintain a sound relationship with shop staff and retail dept. for smooth communication


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

？ College degree or above with major in Accounting or related subject;
？ At least 2 years’ working experience in shop accounting and retail industry is preferred;
？ Experienced on expense claim policies and procedures, shop operation, laws;
？ Proficiency on operation of Microsoft Office and SAP system;
？ Quick learning, diligent, responsible, team work spirit, integrity and commitment;
