Description of duties & activities
？Operate internal purchase orders and check order acknowledgement based on T-mall platform business.
？Validate the accuracy of purchasing revenue with Nanjing sales report and the relative data in Kingdee every month end.
？Sales orders operations in both ERP and K3, make sure the data consistency.
？Operate the sales return in system, make sure data accuracy.
？VMI and Non VMI orders data checking.
？Manage monthly closing of eCommerce supply chain.
？Check the quantity and models of shipments from Sunjex warehouse and T-mall CAINIAO warehouse.
？Collect inventory data of assigned warehouse from Third Party
？Get knowledge of different sourcing channels and categories for efficient searching and filtering.
？Track and control the progress of the purchasing orders placed, ensuring that agreed terms, deadlines and quality of deliverables are met.
？Participate in contract preparation, goods receiving checking and follow up the goods breakage, orders replenishment and payment request.
？Assist to measure the POR accuracy.
？MRO purchasing data base maintain and cost comparison.
？Perform all the other tasks assigned by the manager and the company.
？Process improvement cross functional related with Operations.
？Draft SOPs to facilitate the process efficiency.

Education and Professional Qualifications:
？Bachelor’s degree with major in Sourcing, Supply Chain and others.
？Experience on Sales & Marketing Sourcing, eCommerce.
？Excellent Excel skills and Microsoft office software, PPT, Flowchart.

Requirements and Attributes:
？Experience in Oracle, K3, ERP
？Good interpersonal and communication skills
