You will be primarily responsible for Internal Communications of Ericsson North East Asia.  

You will provide Integrity and compliance related communications advice, drive the sustainable compliance culture ,support and guidance, lead change communications, event planning, handle and develop internal communication channels. 

You will collaborate closely with Compliance team,  Marketing & Communications colleagues in different market within  Market Area North East Asia and global. 

In order to be successful in this role you need to be creative, structured, possess project management skills, high energy, and be willing to join an exciting, ambitious team.

You will, 

Responsible for compliance and integrity related Internal Communications plans, event planning.

Collaborate closely with colleagues in compliance team and M&C team in North East Asia.

Manage internal communication channels

To be successful in the role you are

Project Management

Excellent verbal & written English and Chinese language skills

Positive "can do" attitude 

Internal Communications experience is preferred but not a must have

Experience in compliance and integrity related communication is a plus

Experience with video is a plus
