职位描述
·每日监督收发客户发货计划并结合标书服务等级跟各个出口gateway预报以及高效完成订舱流程。
·监控订舱进展；协调交仓过程中出现的各种异常；及时给客户更新舱位动态，预警异常。
·熟悉掌握公司各操作系统，准确高效制作整套订舱文件；监督PRE-ALERT 文件发出的及时准确率；及时响应处理跟进海外段反馈的文件异常。
·有绩效管理意识，懂得把控空运订单紧急性时效性，能全段高效掌控操作节奏避免出现人文疏忽导致的延误风险。
·整理收集例外费用沟通记录及时传递给驻场申付，做到日清日结。
·跟进账单和付款方面的相关支撑文档，如报价确认/额外成本登记等，并协助财务处理AR事项。
要求
·学士学位。
·2年货代行业工作经验
·熟练使用电脑(会使用Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint等办公软件)
·良好的人际交往和沟通能力，具备专业的客户服务意识。
·普通话流利/基础商务沟通英语水平。
