Mission：

-CSR SQE will focus on critical supply quality robustness project and play A critical role in the overall success of the Schneider critical supply quality management .

-CSR SQE acting as a key interface between Lob, Schneider plants, and the Component suppliers .

-CSR SQE is secured quality of critical component in China region and responsible for all quality activity in component life cycle;

Responsibilities：

1. Lead and develop critical supply robustness activites in china, drive the progress and ensure project quality;

2.Responsibel for CSR parts & process qualification in supplier and SE plant，ensure the qualification follow CSR program and requirement;

3. Early involvement PEP project，as critcial supply quality leader in supplier selection,  component qualification and CTQ capability monitor;

4. Lead feasibility analysis of manufacturing in supplier and SE plant, clarify the benchmark in techincal & quality of critical part;

5.Validate the supplier quality plan and ensure the execution,secured quality for critical parts in supplier;

6. Manage the regular audit and drive quality continue improvement in critical parts;

7. Drive the root cause analysis and solve the problem in time ,in case of any quality issue or customer complain;

8.Work collaboratively with cluster / plant / LoB to collect the  feedback and drive correction actions；

9. To eliminate roadblocks & communication barriers that may affect quality requirements of critical parts. 10. Develop the critical supply quality robustness process and practiced in china;

Education & experience expectation：

-Bachelor or above on engineering

-5+ years of supplier quality management experience;

-Strong knowledge of quality methodology, e.g. FMEA, DOE ,8D

-Experience in QMS，familiar with  ISO9001 and/or IATF 16949;

Key Qualifications：

-Excellent communication skills in written and oral;

-Fluent english in writing, reading and speaking；

-Ability to work cross functionally in a dynamic environment;

-Demonstrated cross functional leadership;

-Broad operations and project management experience;

-Strong work ethic with a high degree of flexibility;

-Compliance with Schneider SCOPE value on behavior；
